Starting Liquid Diet Tomorrow
Sorry I have been MIA for a couple weeks... Been busy getting all my ducks in row. I start my liquid diet tomorrow as I am not able to have Opti (Aspartame Allergy). My surgery date is Mar. 29th, 2018 with Dr. Lindsay. I'm so excited and nervous all at the same time.

Yes it?s crazy real... my Airbnb is booked and all plans have been made. Now to start my liquid diet... and than on to my new life.

Sorry I haven't been around... Sort of been mopping a bit. I went in for my surgery and they ran into some complications. I have too much scar tissue from a previous surgery and they couldn't complete the RNY. They removed the scar tissue and closed me back up. I now have to go through the liquid diet yet again and will be having RNY May 30th after my body heals from this go around. How have you been?

You'll be done surgery before you know it. Can't believe how fast the few weeks leading to surgery went. Good luck!

I've been doing the liquid thing for over a week now and honestly it hasn't been hard at all. I know some people struggle so am not saying it'll be easy for you but wanted you to know that sometimes it is easy. I hope this is the case for you. I put my required water in the freezer for 30-45 minutes before I eat to make it really cold. And any vanilla flavour gets mixed with decaf coffee.

Thanks... Today has been interesting... I've been gagging and my shakes but noticed once I added more water it wasn't so bad... hopefully It will get easier as I get used to them.
