Bowels
restoralax is a flavourless powder you add to water or whatever drink. It will dissolve and you can take it safely 1-2 capfuls daily depending on how your bowels are working. make sure you drink lots of fluids too this is another factor in how well your bowels will work

You may not need anything. I didn't. As soon as I was able I started eating vegetables - cooked then fresh...and fruit as well. I had no problem with bowels and still don't. But, everyone is different.
