What do they discuss ?

It depends on what hospital your with. Terminology and process is different with each one. If you say the hospital your going through then those who went there can share their experiences:)

I think I remember you saying you're going through TWH. If that's the case, rounds is when you have seen and passed all your practitioner appointments, and they move your file forward. All the practitioners get together every Thursday and meet to discuss each file currently in rounds, to decide as a group if they believe that patient is suitable for WLS.

If they say yes as a group, the patient is invited to meet the surgeon. If they decide no, the patient will be advised accordingly.
