Good morning everybody! A little late but I'm here, darn work just gets in the way sometimes. Went to gym today and did 5 kms in 27 minutes. I think that's my best yet!

It's nice to see the sun but I just wi**** would warm up!

Post Op 23+ mos

B1 - 1/2 banana, 2/3 tbsp peanut butter (gym fuel)

B2 - bologna sandwich on WW multigrain bread (don't know where this came from LOL)

S - greek yogurt, 2 oz blueberries

L - cobb salad (lettuce, turkey, cheese, egg, bacon, ranch dressing)

S - cajun deli turkey, old cheddar cheese stick

D - farmers sausage (1 link)

Cal 1356, Carbs 69, protein 88

hey hey - I read the what are you eating posts when I cannot think of what to bring to work for meals! I eat two meals at work so it is a lot of packing. Hmm tuna and cottage cheese, never thought of that. Thanks for the suggestion!

Opti Wt Nov 4/17 226 lbs BMI 45 Sx Wt 212 lbs RNY surgery Nov 23/17 M1 -18 M2-9 M3-10 M4-8 M5-6 M6-7 M7-6 M8-3 M9-1(so far) Down to within one pound of my goal and 99 lbs down from my highest weight. I was not a fast loser but who cares as long as you get there! I know the newbies check the trackers and the signatures so although I kind of lost track of how the rest of the weight came off, you should know that it was not fast and furious but it was slow and steady!

current BMI 24.7 that, my friends, is NORMAL!!! Strong is the new pretty!

Hi Ginny, your very energetic first thing in the morning! Didn't get to try any chili last night as we had no power till after 9. Good thing we have a generator that we can run a propane fireplace to keep warm. The wind was crazy yesterday.

B - premier protein

L - chicken salad

S - triple zero yogurt or cheese stick

D - undetermined as I may be going to visit relative in the hospital after work.

water - I aim for 8 cups but usually only get in 6
