Poaching an egg in the microwave

So I'm sure we have all tried it before, Poaching an egg in the microwave, And i used to get into so much trouble with my wife when the egg explodes in the microwave oven,

She found this on pintrest the other day and it works like a charm, especially when you are hungry and need a snack. I even do it at work, The only difference is i use a coffee cup with no lid. and its poached perfect in 1 min 40 seconds in my microwave.

eggs are the quickest go to snack for me.
