What can we get from Tim Horton's

Everything I see on their menu is high in sugar or fat. The only thing I know we can have is regular coffee with milk and sweetner. Is there anything else that is ok to either drink or eat?

Chicken snack wrap with no sauce. Then I tear some of the wrap as I eat it and throw about half of the wrap away. Some locations will make the wrap in lettuce. It is messy but it works.

I don't drink anything other than black coffee but I have heard you can ask for no 'base' or very little. That is the sweet stuff they put in .

I get an ice coffee with no base made with milk or a snack wrap and peel off some of the shell. Thats pretty much it!

From Tim Hortons I drink decaf coffee. I will order the breakfast sandwich without the bun and just eat the egg and bacon or sausage patty and cheese. They will put it in a soup cup if you ask and give you a fork. You can do this with the lunch wraps and sandwiches. Just say no bread. I went to one Timmies where they did a salad with the lunch meat or chicken.

When we are travelling up north to our property (and everyone else in my family wants to go to subway or other takeout places) we always go to the drive-through so that I can get a small chili (no bun). I like it and I find it satisfying. I love the coffee there too. Although, when I really want a "treat" I go to Starbucks and order a small flat white.
