I am having surgery in 10 days. The three week Optifast is going slow. I haven't have to much cravings. I can do this is my Mantra.

Yes! Of course you can. No where near to where you are but I heard Sugar Free Syrups help!

I am from NorthWestern Ont. So my surgery is in Thunder Bay. Sept. 17th. I have to stay at a hotel for a week after surgery until I am cleared to go home, which is a 4 hour car ride away.
