What are you eating/doing this Monday?

Good morning Menu Marvels. Hope everyone had a good weekend, and got to chill. I did some meal prep on Saturday. I made bacon/smoked cheddar sous vide style egg bites, rosemary and paprika chicken thighs, low carb (keto crust) pizza with bacon and pepperoni, taco beef. I also logged all of my menus into MFP for the week. This will leave me lots of time to get into trouble and have some fun this week.

My leg is feeling a little better so I'm off to go swimming, oh yeah.

Accountability: Really good this weekend and the scale rewarded me with a drop

Question of the Day: Are you able to stand your ground if someone tries to bully you into something? I'm so much better than I was when I was younger. I have no problem saying no now, but will pick my battles. My husband has never been one to bow to peer pressure and he is a great example to me.

The eats today at 4 years are:

B. Rivers of decaf with caramel stevia

B2. Bacon/cheese egg bite. These are muffin size, so one will fill me. I lined the muffin cup with bacon, and made it have an oozey cheese centre.

L. Egg foo yung. I've got some beansprouts I have to use up.

D.Pepperoni/Bacon pizza (Very low carb)

S. Crio Bru

For a grand total of 854 calories and 19 carbs. I may add in another snack if I feel like it.

Have a great day everyone.

Morning CC. I finally made my chilli and spaghetti and meatballs. Made 46 meatballs and could only fit 41 in. My freezer now has duct tape holding it closed because it's jammed full of frozen meals.

And QOTD I have no problem standing my ground. Saying no. I do what I want to. Not just because someone wants me to. I also call a spade a spade. Some call me a ***** lol. Have a great day. I'm working till noon then taking my friend to the new casino that just opened for her birthday lunch. Might play some poker while I'm there. Breakfast is greek yogurt. Dinner is half stuffed pepper from Costco. Had chilli last night. Will have spaghetti tomorrow night.

Never thought of using duct tape on the freezer. I have put a few containers of cat litter (clean of course) on the freezer lid to keep it sealed.

Good morning :)

I'm taking Keira to visit my aunt and cousin at their work -- I'm going to scan copies of some of my ultrasound photos while they visit lol. Then I will run a couple errands and then home for a nap because we were up all night.

QOTD: I'm in the middle. Some people I have trouble saying no to. Others I used to have trouble with but I can say no now. I pretty much couldn't say no to my grandma... And there are certain people who never ask for anything so if they ever did ask me I wouldn't say no. I have a few friends who are absolute sweethearts, and I wouldn't say no to them because I know they are such good people.

Post-op three years and seven months.

Breakfast 1 - oatmeal bar

Breakfast 2 - protein bar

Snack - cheese sticks

Lunch - bacon and cheese -- DH smoked homemade bacon on the weekend. After he fed it to me he said, oh, how are you feeling? No symptoms of botulism? Thanks hun.

Snack - Greek yogurt and almonds

Dinner - I'm thinking something chicken

Snack - pudding

Snack 2 - protein bar

I'm trying to be more realistic about how often I'm actually eating because I'm eating around the clock.

All the water.

It was pretty good. It was a little too salty but he made it into dishes that cut the salt. Next time he will add less salt.

Good morning Gang, back for another week of work. UGH. Had a great weekend of camping and the weather was okay too! Next weekend we will be winterizing the trailer and that's it for another year.

Didn't really plan for the day just grab whatever leftovers were in the fridge. I have a bit of chili, salad with berries, egg cups, and there is always deli meat in the fridge.

Monica and CC you guys rock with your super meal prepping!!

Accountability: Never when I'm camping but I really don't eat too much either. Maybe a few extra bevies but not overload on food.

QOTD: Yes! I can hold my own!!

CC is doesn't look like many calories for you today. I don't know how you survive on so little.

Over 100 lbs lost! and 13 lbs below goal weight!

You really held out closing up the trailer.. We closed our trailer up on the first weekend of October!

Ginny you and my DH would retire in a heartbeat if you won the lottery. It's sad to pack up the trailer, but you had a good run this year.

I probably will add in a snack later in the afternoon, but I'm trying to give up nighttime snacking. I haven't eaten my breakfast yet, just not hungry. Small pouch days are so much better than big pouch days. I have planned my meals on MFP for the week and that is the first time in months that I have planned the whole week.

Monica is a super star in the prep dept. I certainly know who's freezer to raid.
