RNY, 6 months post op
Good morning, everyone!
I'm off for my morning run, then to Great Wolf Lodge with the family for a few days. So I won't be posting for a couple of days (will be tracking on Sparkpeople, though).
Here's my plan for today:
B - 3/8 cup greek yogurt, 1/2 banana, 1 tbsp. wheat bran, SF syrup
S - 1/2 pure protein bar
L - 3/8 cup chili, 1 tbsp. sour cream, 1/2 cup spinach salad (with cucumbers, tomatoes, and 1 tbsp. balsalmic dressing)
S - Cheese string (herb/garlic), premier protein drink
D - Will be at Great Wolf - they have a good buffet, though, so will grab a meat or fish and some veggies.
S - Pudding cup, jello (bringing some with me - love that they have fridges/microwaves there!).
