Hi Guys,
First of all sorry so many threads....I just have a ton of questions about lots of stuff...any

E.I. Questions....

We don't have short term disability at work (cheap *****s)....anyway has anyone here dealt with E.I. for sick benefits?

1. I've got like a few sick days left....should I take them or does that get taken of my EI benefit....

2. I'm getting my Record of Employment Monday..should I put in the claim before I get my surgery?

3. I've got a letter from the hospital saying I need to be off for 6-8 weeks...is there anything else I need?

what about booze.....

1. at what point after surgery did you have a drink ie. month 4 months...etc?

2. did anyone used to smoke heavy or casual and start back up again?

3. how much weight did you lose your first month???/

1. on optifast did you stop feeling hungry?

2. did you feel weak on the opti diet?

3. did you ever cheat?

4. were you able to sleep when you got back well?

5. was opti the worst part as some have mentioned?

OMG this is tough......I'm stoked but jesus...how do you go without other food ....eye on the prize I guess.........damn tho......I'm only 2 days in......and I have to hold myself back constantly...from takin a piece of bread....anythiing....but I'm still stoked.........I can't imagine what the last 48 hours are like when you can't even have the optifast..yikes :)

I plan on taking 4-6 weeks......no matter what...I mean it's a huge change..and I wanna make sure I'm fine....I have a desk job but who needs the stress....

It's gonna def cost me a couple grand but whatever...I'm worth it :)

But I'm kinda starving...no I'm not complaining....I'm really happy
so I stop with the opti 48 hours before my surgery...which will be next wednesday....than...just liquids.....how do you keep the hunger pains down?
again I'm not complaining cause I'm lucky just wanted tips...

It's very exciting......I don't hate Optifast...it's just hard that it's all I can eat...but it's only for a few days..so I can handle it :)

K so my brain has slowed now...
4 opti's a day....
water.......broth etc.....

I'm not gone for a week..I'm only gone Tomorrow and Friday...
I'm hoping they can do my preop...monday-thursday sometime next week...
I don't want this to F this up....

OMG my brains spining again..

so tomorrow I'm going to get a note to give my employer re: being off....

Now I'm wondering how much it's gonna hurt????

Anyway......10 days til I"M on the bench
