    I highly recommend Senokot-S it is the only thing that works for me when the plumbing isnt plumbing well! The pills are SO tiny that you do not need to crush them. They are smaller than an M&M.

    I LOVE LOVE this app// the weight loss screen shot is from an app called "Monitor Your Weight" It is free.... I use it religiously to track my weight..  I love trying new things as well

    Thank you! I couldn't pass up the opportunity to get on it... I spent too many years limiting what I did due to my weight. I only spent a minute in it.. that was enough for me.  To be honest, my pants started falling down LOL That is why I stopped.

    I go to Science North a couple times a year because I live in Sudbury.. even at 18 my son loves going there. Even HE got to ride it because he has lost 20 pounds... before, even he weighed too much! so it was great for both of us. Thank you for the congrats!

    It was a workout! and makes me wonder if that is what made my back worse lol.. surffering bad back pain for over a week.. went to the chiro yesterday and again today at 1:15.. Although, It did not hurt to use it and I only went on it for about 45 seconds to 1 minute!

    My original goal was 140 as well but when I realized that 3 more pounds would make me half of my starting weight i thought that would be a better goal with that milestone. Good luck! I loved seeing before and 'durings' while I was at your stage
