Funny...I was just talking to my kids about this last night! Their eating habits have changed dramatically as well. I don't buy processed or prepackaged foods anymore and we eat alot of chicken, fish or high protein foods along with fresh fruits and vegetables. Yesterday, when my son and I went grocery shopping, I offered to buy him some treats like chips and dip and he actually said no! My daughter went away to a friends for the weekend and when she came home she complained about how they ate like "crap" as they were fed chicken wings, fries and pop. She said she coudn't wait to come home and have good food! They are teenagers and did not have a weight problem to begin with but subsequently have both lost about 10 lbs! Overall.....we all win!! Cheers to MUCH better eating habits!
