- HEALTH TRACKER
Well I failed miserably yesterday. I only got in 441 calories. So new day here I go.
B - 1 piece Rye toast with .5 tbsp light cream cheese and .5 tsp blue menu jam.
S - 1 egg and 0% yogurt
L- montreal smoked meat swiss cheese roll up
S - Apple w/ .5 tbsp PB
D - 3 oz tilapia and spinach salad w/ tsp of low fat dressing
I am 8 months out, and if anyone has any suggestions or would make any changes to what I am eating I am all ears.
Only working 14 hrs today so will hopefully get some time on the treadmill.
B - 0% yogurt
S - 30 g cheese
L - Montreal Smoked Meat Swiss cheese roll up
S - Apple with 1 TBSP PB
D - no idea depends what the hubby gets from the grocery store.

Alright I am going to start logging in each day. I need some accountability.
I am struggling eating right.
So here goes for today.
B- Balance peaches and cream oatmeal
S - Source 0% Blackberry yogurt
L - Montreal smoked meat and swiss roll up
S - Apple
D - Tilapia with cauliflower zucchini mix, and salad 1 tbs low fat dressing
I wi**** was just a few hours, somedays I get up get the kids ready, start work get home go to hockey come home, go to bed....lay down and realize sh*t Alisha you haven't eaten a dam thing all day. I like the calendar thing. I will put that in place starting tomorrow.

I have to agree whole heartedly with this post. Yes sometimes we have to hear things we don't want to. However this is a place where we are all in the same boat, and we owe it to each other to be honest.
If you want to be coddled go to someone who will. If you want to get good advice and to be held accountable so that you succeed come here. It really is very simple. We all make mistakes, and the best way to get back on track is a reality check. I myself had to have one yesterday. (Thanks Mon)
I had wanted to get a supprt group going here for us that are too far from Owen Sound or KW, but then I wasn't quite myself after the surgery and didnt get one going.
I know I haven't been on in forever, I have just been so busy with my life. SO I thought while I had a down minute I would fill you all in.
I am now sitting at a beautiful 173lbs, I am in a size 12 and I am happier than I have been in sooooo many years.
I want to thank all of you who supported me through my crazy and regret. It really did make a world of difference! So I bow to you!
