I eat around 1200 calories, but I don't exercise, so maybe your calories are too low? I don't think you are done losing at all, but maybe give the scales a nice quiet hiding spot and avoid them for awhile. And like someone else said, change your diet up a bit and it can jolt the weight loss again.
Congrats on all your success so far.
Well I hope the phone rings for you today.
The very worst part of the process!! I was ready to scream too.
So you are going for revision? what did you have done before?
You look great!! congratulations on all your success so far.
I have an anxiety disorder and it didn't go away after WLS, I had to have my meds changed and adjusted as well. Don't get me wrong, I feel great with the new me, more confident, but my anxiety wasn't because of my weight.
I was taking my perks for like 8 days, I tried to be brave on my fifth day, and paid for it big time, ended up curled in a ball on the bed in pain. So take the meds when you need them. I think if you don't have a family doctor you could go to emerg, maybe even back to TWH if you can to get more pain meds.
All I ate after was maybe a teaspoon of runny oatmeal, and some protien shakes. The most important thing is your vits and meds and drinking. And of coarse move as much as possible, that will speed your healing.
All the best and keep us posted.
You will do great. I made mine with cold decaf coffee instead of water, then I added a couple drops of peppermint extract flavor (you can get different flavors in the backing isle).
That is great news that you got moved up!! All the best, keep us posted.
Yes lol, time goes so much faster after. The waiting is the killer.
Wonderful!! Congrats of your success!!
Did you put your foot in your mouth? lol just kidding, couldn't help myself.
Does it happen after you eat? or just all the time? could be a cold coming on, or maybe try more moist food.
I had to switch my meds after to Effexor because the other kind ciprolex (sp) wasn't working the same. I take the name brand Effexor XR and I am almost a year out, and have been taking them for 5 months. These seem to be working just fine for me.
Take care, and keep us posted.
Very exciting, I'm very happy for you and all you have accomplised!! Thank you for sharing.
I have breakfast around 8-8:30, and if I want a snake I have it around 11 ish. But lots of times I don't need one now before lunch. I haven't got my hunger back yet. But I get munchie at night and am watching out for that.
Look at you go girl! You have done well.
