Got back from US shopping trip yesterday.....Mmmmm so nice to sleep in my own bed 
Shopped everywhere! Walmart, Kmart, Sam's Club (Vits & Premier shakes + clothes), Outlet Mall, Target, Big Lots, Tops (for my fave Chobani yogurt), Carhart store (stuff for my son)...and got some wonderful new outfits....I'm a "happy" girl!!
Mini-Vacations are FANtastic!
Stayed on track "eating wise" as I took all my own brekkie, lunch and snacks....ordered an 8oz rib eye at Ponderosa on Mon night and ate it for dinner on Tues night as well. Weight is up 1.5 lbs today but, haven't had a BM since Mon......prolly 'cause I didn't get All my daily water in.
B - Premier choc shake + 1 T Flaxseed + 2 T Chia Seed + 3 T Hemp Hearts
S - 1/4 c. raw Pumpkin seeds
L - Walmart "Our Finest" plain FF GY w/1 T Torani Rsapberry syrup + 1/4 c. Edamame beans
D - 4 Extra Lean Turkey meatballs w/ 1 T Walden Farms BBQ sauce + 30g cauliflower + 1 T Flaxseed
TOTALS: 816 CAL; 40G CARB (NET = 15); 48G FAT; 63G PROT; 25G FIBER
