Another awesome day is coming up. Not only is it Imbolc, St Brigid’s Day or Candlemas, take your pick, but it is also the 10th anniversary of us having met (in person) Jenna! WOOHOO! Now I think we need a special treat to try on that day, what do you think? Butter, Milk and Bannocks are traditional. Maybe I will have to play with the recipe to see what I can come up with. How appropriate that Brigid is the Goddess of Healing and we are all getting better every day.

It a cross between a pancake and a loaf of bread made of oatmeal. I made the apple cinnamon ones for a lot of sca events and parties up on the mountain.
