Panniculectomy surgery..stomach muscle tightening..HELP ????

the muscle tightening was THE best part of the TT. it pulls in your waist and creates an internal corset and better curves. i didn't "need" it at all as i am young and haven't had kids or anything. its great to have rock hard abs and not have to do TONS of crunches. i mean i still do them, but you don't have to do a lot of it...

Muscle tightening is more important if you're thinner. If you're heavier and "apple" shaped it adds much less to the result and hurts a lot more. Split billing cases are fairly common and are par for the course with panniculectomy with an abdominoplasty. You will have to pay a prorated facility and anesthesia cost in addition to the surgeon's fee.

I would say get the muscle work done - and this is coming from someone 2 1/2 weeks out and still feeling the soreness. It'll help you not have the 'beer belly'
