I have 7 more days before my tummy tuck and breast lift... I would like to know what do you all do to prepare for this? Before and after...

Congratulations on you rupcoming surgery! I wish speedy healing. :) My PS is scheduled for June 4th ( can not wait!). When it closer to my surgery date, I plan to pick up a pack of men's long white tank tops to wear under my binder, a lot of protein shake mix (since I'll need to keep my protein levels up to help with healing), some bromelaine to help with swelling, and some stuff to help with bowel movements.

Best of luck with you srugery - and keep us updated on your progress! :) I'm living viariously/gleaning infos from all of you going ahead of me. lol
