Good News! day 6 and things are finally "moving"

Thanks everyone for your recommendations/remedies for constipation.  I'm happy to say that finally this morning things are "moving"   I guess the stool softnerr and extra flaxseed and olive oil did the trick...

I'm feeling much better today and my appetite is even coming back....

It's those little things we take for granted that you really miss when they go away! 

I recommend stool softeners early on for everyone and an enema if that does not work after a day or two.  Constipation is a real show-stopper on your recovery.

Glad you are back to normal !
