Tummy tuck letters

Does anybody have any copies of Insurance letters in order to get their Tmmy Tuck approved I have blue Cross Blue Shield THANKS

Your better off to get your plastic surgeon to write the letter to the insurance company for you.  They have  more experience and done it many times.  They know what the insurance companies want and are looking for and what gets approved.  The wording is so important.

My surgeon offered to write the insurance company the letter and my panni was approved within 3 weeks.  I am paying the upgrade for a tummy tuck / breast lift.
