I just had a really fun realization that I wanted to share.  I now can see the definition in my arms again (it seems like its been forever since I could see these muscles)!! When I had the extra skin, it was hard to focus on any muscle definition because my eyes automatically went to the skin.  Now that the skin is gone, I can see my biceps again! Yay! I know that they are tiny, baby muscles, but they are better than nothing, right :). I can't wait until all of my surgeries are done and I can start toning up in the gym again!

YOUR ARMS LOOK GREAT!!!! I can't even see a scar.  When did you have your arms done?  I don't plan on having mine done.  The one thing that bothers me most though is the extra skin that hangs under the arm pit.  Your arms really look amzing.

Thank you very much!!  I am now 9 weeks post op. There is a scar there... it is just very well placed and hidden running along the bottom of my arm when I have it out like that. It really doesn't bother me too much.  And, when the reddish tones in it go away, I'm hoping it will be barely noticeable at all.

Your results are among the best I have seen.  I don't know how old you are, but you look like you have "young" arms.

Wow they look great. Thanks for sharing. I have surgery in two weeks and not sure if I am going to do my arms. I dont have alot of sag, more of wrinkle problem in my armpit area. Something else I wondered about that you helped with was how long do you keep your muscle definition. I work out pretty good and have good definiton but wondering how much muscle I would loose by not working out. So if your 9 weeks and your arms look that good without working out, that makes me very happy.

Fantastic!  What a beautiful job your surgeon did.

When are you back to the gym and what will you be able to do?  I'm afraid to start back with weights.  Afraid the incisions will stretch.

Thanks so much!! I am so pleased with my surgeon's work as well :)

I am not exactly sure yet what I will be able to do yet.  I plan on asking my surgeon a ton of questions before I start exercising them again.
