I am looking into doing a panni removal and a breast lift.  I am not expecting perfect results but I was wondering if you would mind sharing a before and after picture so I can see what I might expect.  I started at 260 lbs I am 5 feet tall.. II had two big babies and have LOTS of stretch marks.  I need to get covered under OHIP in Ontario .... they will do a Panni and MIGHT do a breast lift.

If you don't mind shaing but they are not good for this forum I can provide an email for privacy... I will post some of my pics below..

This is a x post- but relevant.

Hi,

I know DocHollywood can't get enough info on the Tummy Tuck at the moment, so I finally broke down and decided to post some pics.  They are on my profile if they don't come through here in the post.

This one is to highlight the scar and the makeover on the belly button.  Note that there appears to be a scar horizontally a little below the belly button and on the right hip- that is just from the waist band of my jeans.  I have super pale skin so EVERYTHING shows!

Sorry this one is upside down, but I am just to lazy to fix it.  (Yea, I know... being a tech teacher you would think I would not be that lazy!)  Anyway, this one is to highlight the extra skin on the back.  My tummy is tight as a drum, but I have a TON of extra skin on the back.  Enough so it folds over underneath me when I sleep.  I imagine that if I went through more PS they would take the same amount off my back as they did the front.  The TT in other words will not fix that.  But- it is not really noticable without spanx because it lays much better than my former extra skin laden belly.

This is a side shot showing how flat my stomach is now- and no, I am not sucking it in.  And yes, this is with me gaining about 5 pounds since surgery and it is very, very noticable.  Without the five pounds I have a much slimmer front view (pic 1).  I tried below to get an angle that shows the slight ridge above my belly button.  This area still swells up to form that ridge.  Nothing terrible, but annoying. This is the area I had a hernia repaired during the TT.  Also, below I tried to get the buldge in the Mons area (just above the VaJayJay).  It is still mildly sore in that area, and I am still numb so I am not sure if there is swelling still or if that is just how it will be. Even like this though, no issues.  I can see it when I wear snug dress slacks, and the mons bulge is what prevents me from wearing a size 10 comfortably.  But again, not a big deal if this is how is just is.

Once upon a time I took a before shot the day of surgery.  If I can locate it, I will upload that so you have a better sense of how far things have come along.  I am not a photographer and not the least bit artisitic, so please be kind with the awful selfies!

I only see a small square of a photo.  How do you get to see them?

I cannot get my pix to paste on this site from my iPad. The site is not mobile optimized. But you can follow this link http://www.healthcentral.com/obesity/c/276918/168468/handling-disappointment to see a before and after of my tummy. Best investment I ever made!

I had a full lbl with muscle tightening. After losing 200 pounds, I was worried I would need the fleur-de-lis, but my surgeon did not think I needed it and he was right. I did not go down in size (my waist is still 27"). I am still thrilled with my results. I love my surgeon!!

Wow your body before plastic surgery is absolutely amazing for a woman who lost 200 pounds. You look normal, not like a post bariatric surgery body. Any idea as to why that is?

Thanks. Not sure. I was thin in my 20's and wonder if somehow my body "remembered" that, even though it had been 20 years.
