BCBS Silver Georgia.

Does anyone know if BCBS silver plan through Georgia will pay for Pannus removal? 

I have Medicaid and BCBS due to lapse in unemployment a few months ago. 

What do I need to do? Plus I am new to Georgia. I wish I did this back when I was in Maryland. Insurances where not as crazy as here in Georgia. Ugh!
