Sorry if TMI!!! Question for the ladies...

Scheduled to have 360LBL with tummy muscle repair & BL with BA this Friday.  YIKES!!!

As of today Doc has had me stop all vitamins and my birth control pill.  I have already had my tubes tied but was taking the pill to regulate my crazy periods and now with stopping the pill I will like have my period at the time of my surgery.

My question is this: Has anyone had to deal with surgery, beginning recovery and their period?

Like I said in the title, sorry if this is TMI but it is a worry of mine therefore it might be a worry to others and if someone has dealt with it and it was or wasn't a big issue it would be nice to know ahead of time.

wasnt supposed to get my period until 2 weeks later

BUT got it a day later!!!

HOLY JESUS! My poor hubby, and then to top it off

i was on lovenox...WOW! 

But it is, what it is and let's just say, my hubby will have a new appreciation 

for me when I ***** about my period....
