I still have some bumps on one cheek at 8 weeks post-op. They aren't real obvious to others but they are to me. PS told me to use a heating pad and get a face massage roller. I've been using the heat and roller religiously for 4 days and the lumps are almost indistinguishable now! I'm using a Biosincron Face Roller (12.99 on Amazon).

So is the heating pad next to your skin and you roll on top of that? Just trying to get the visual. Interesting....

LOL: Heating pad alone and roller alone. Which one I apply depends on what I'm doing (if WFH). At nigh****ching TV, I do the heating pad for 5-20 minutes, then roll for about the same then repeat until tired of doing it.
