Scar migration after medial thigh lift, and, do I need to stop Vyvanse before surgery?

Hello,

I am considering a full thigh lift and will see my PS tomorrow to discuss first steps. I will be asking her many questions including about scar migration, recovery, wound separation, seromas, etc but am looking to find out if anyone who's already had a full thigh lift (with scar down to knee level) has experienced scar migration. Whether in the groin or at the inner thigh.

Of course the internet is full or horror stories and pictures but I want realistic information from a reliable source. I do tend towards skin laxity/relaxation with my pasty, thin skin so it may be a real concern and I want to understand how often it happens and just how concerning/bad it is.

Also, I'm on Vyvanse - did you have to stop it in advance of surgery like you do with some meds? Thanks!

I asked my surgeon about Vyvanse prior to surgery and he said it was fine to continue. I haven't started taking it for 8 days now, but I assume I'll start when the need arises.
