Another Follow Up!

I saw my surgeon yesterday for my 4 week follow up from my mastopexy and upper body lift. It's hard to believe it has only been 4 weeks. This recovery has been easy enough that I forget I'm still so newly post-op and then I'm prone to overdoing things and being exhausted.

He's super thrilled with my results. I have two oozy spots on my left breast that he's not concerned about and, aside from that, everything looks great and I can start using the shower puff to work on releasing any remaining glue. Woo!

My next appointment is at the end of October and it'll be my pre-op for surgery #3.

I'm really glad that I've been able to do all these surgeries in a short amount of time, but I am so ready to be finished with recovering from surgery so I can feel like "normal" again.

OMG I am so glad that surgery #2 was soooo much easier than #1! That muscle tightening with the LBL is a doozy...and everything else is so minor in comparison, right? I never did a thigh lift so I can't speak to that, though I know that's a tough recovery as well. You did all of this in the right order, it seems - hard, easy, then moderate. YAY!

What was that bump you thought you felt in your abdomen?

Yes, I'm also really glad of the ordering - doing the easy after the hard makes me feel like I have more recovery time from surgery #1 before I get to surgery #3!

He thinks it's either swelling or a "pocket of fat."

Speaking of swelling, do you swell really bad still from your tummy tuck?. Even with my compression and binder, I still swell like a sum*****

Not really. I haven't had huge issues with swelling pretty much at all. Thank goodness!

Glad it is all going well Woot! Woot!

I totally understand wanting to be done.

Tge thigh lift is challenging so better to do when you have lots of recovery experience and fo's and fon'ts under your belt.
