Hannah's baby acne was so bad last week that I called her ped. to make sure it was actually acne.  Her face was all orange and crusty.  It hurt me so bad to see my pretty little girl looking like that.   It looked like it would be painful.    Anyway......they told me to get cetaphil (senstive skin) lotion and cleanser and to use it two times a day.    I started using it Tuesday and by Saturday her skin was almost completely clear.     We had our family pics done Saturday and I was so happy her face had cleared up in time for that.   I'll post those pics later. So if your baby has acne.....Cetahpil rocks!   I think I'm going to start using it too! Amy

That's great!  I know all about wanting their faces clear during picture time!  We just had our Spring pics done last Thursday, but wouldn't  you know that Liam had to give himself a black eye at church the Sunday before?!  Ugghhh.  I don't think it showed in the pics, but I'll find out when I get them later today or tomorrow.  I can't wait to see her pics!  And for teething rash, blistex chap stick is awesome!!   Erica

That is awesome that you found something to relief it.  That sounds painful.  I rescheduled many a picture setting because Leo had such bad eczema on his face.  I think this time around I am just going to do pics rashes and all.  It seems with my kids there is always something :)

    Hugs!

Wow great to hear.  Jordyn has cradle cap on her eyebrows and baby acne and heat rash all over her face chest and legs.  So her poor face is covered.  Wish I had read this earlier but hopefully her dad will come tomorrow and help me get errands done and I will pick some up.  Thanks for sharing. Monica

The doc said to use it twice a day.  I used the cleanser twice a day, but I used the lotion anytime her face started to look dry or crusty.    I hope it works as well on Jordyn as it did Hannah! Amy
