Ultrasound today and we're having a......
BOY!!!
First I guess I should say hello....I've read on this board since I was 7 weeks pregnant but have not posted before
Everything looked good....two hand/arms, two feet/legs and found every part they had to measure. Of course she wouldn't say one way or the other without the doctor reading them if all was well or not but it looked good to me. I'll be 19 weeks on Sunday and she said he weighs about 9 oz right now.
My husband and I are happy with a boy and would have been happy with a girl....either way, we are happy. Our son is thrilled but our daughter, who is 3, on the other hand, was NOT happy to hear it was a boy....she cried for about 20 minutes after they said boy and my husband even told her at one point that we would check again later to see what it is just to keep her from crying - but we have since convinced her that she will love him when he arrives.

Welcome Beth.....as I am sure you can tell, this place is awesome.....lots of advice, laughs, cute pics and TONS of support....keep posting....
Congrats on your pregnancy, great US and little man on the way....sorry for your little princess but am sure she will just love him....I was the girl sandwiched between two boys and it all is great.... :)
