I was just wondering if anyone has some tips on getting the weight loss going after I have my baby in June,,,Im worried that I eat bigger meals now and wonder if my pouch will be stretched and not want to go back to small portions, I was going to try sticking with protein shakes for a few weeks because I was told the pouch is a muscle that will shrink back some if you do that...anyone experience that?

I use protein shakes and products to help loose weight, along with other foods and drinking lots of water. But I wouldn't suggest you taking protein shakes regularly to loose weight once the baby is born if you are breastfeeding. If you breastfeed, you will need to eat extra food/calories to produce enough milk. Your pouch will become smaller again after you give birth and you might find yourself loosing the baby weight pretty fast and easy or you might find yourself having to work hard to get the extra weight off. I would wait and see what happens when that time comes and go from there! Best wishes!

She is right as long as you are not breastfeeding you are good with the shakes. I did that after my last one was born for about 2/3 months and lost everything but 10lbs before I got pregnant agian.
    Good luck!
