Since my surgery I have eaten some foods like sancocho, chuletas, pollo and things like that. Well I have found that beans don't agree with me any more. Have any of you had that problem. I appreciate your responses because it is hard. Thank you for all your information. Annette

Thank you. I will try to add one thing a day. I am glad that someone replied. May you have continued sucess with your weight loss. So far I am 9 weeks post op and have lost 46 lbs. Say hello to the island for me. Have a nice trip

Yo vivo en Filadelfia y me operaron en Febrero. Yo estoy comiendo comida regular. Por favor yo no se que yo puedo comer. Yo quiero "nuestra comida" AYUDAME!!! La comida americana no tiene sabor. Se puede comer carne guisado? Yo se qe no puedo comer pan sobao ni arroz. Si tienen ideas
