Hi all, I have an almost 3 year old who LOVES to bake. Does anyone have any bariatric friendly cookie recipes?

Thanks so much!

Sugarfree peanut butter cookies

1 cup peanut butter
1 cup splenda
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla

mix together and drop by teaspoon onto cookie sheet. I use a fork to make a # on top. Bake on 350 for about 10-12 min.

They are soooooooooo good!

It seems you are figuring calories for the entire recipe.  You would have to divide that number by the number of cookies.  Also, Splenda has no calories and no sugar.  Therefore you need to deduct that out before figuring the per cookie calories.  This is a weight loss surgery friendly recipe, tasty too!!
