I am looking to buy a spiralizer. There are so many on the market, does anyone have a recommendation?

I was given one for Christmas for my Kitchenaid and I LOVE it!  I've used it almost every day since unwrapping it.  With the gift I was also given a cookbook called Insprialized that I also love!  I then found the cookbook author has a blog with great recipes and they sell a spirializer on it.

I will say that after working with mine so far I found it won't do a rutabaga - it seems to be too hard for the Kitchenaid blade.  I did make this recipe for cauliflower tabouleh that totally rocked!

Thank you for responding!  Unfortunately, a Kitchenaid doesn't own me so I need to find a manual operated spiralizer.  It sounds like you really like yours.  I will definitely check out that blog you mentioned.

Someone on a fb page I belong to recommended this one

http://www.amazon.com/Spiralizer-Tri-Blade-Vegetable-Stronge st-Heaviest-Spaghetti/dp/B00GRIR87M/ref=sr_1_1?s=kitchen&ie= UTF8&qid=1452142731&sr=1-1&keywords=spiralizer

It has good ratings, once I am ready to buy one I'll get it

*edited to add .. I was just reading the answered questions section and this one doesn't have an angel hair setting :(

I too was looking to purchase one as those meals with veggies instead of pasta looks amazing.  I was researching and this one has great ratings on amazon.  If I buy one I think I would do this one.

I was looking at that one, too.  However, I'm going to do further research on the newer 4-blade.  The 4th blade is for angel hair, and I really like the cover of it for storage.  I watched a You Tube video on it yesterday.
