Made this today, my 11 year old went nuts over them! They were REALLY good!

Keep in mind this recipe is for one serving...but there is no way you could eat all that it makes! Makes 5-6 decent size pancakes.

2 large eggs

2oz Cream cheese

1 tsp splenda

1/2 tsp Vanilla extract

2 scoops of your favorite protein (I used Chocolate Intramedic 30 grams protein)

1/2 ripe banana (Over ripe works best)

Wizz it all up in your ninja or blender

pour in pan, wait 1 minute flip

Top with fresh fruit, yogurt or SF Syrup...ENJOY! They are GREAT!

Sounds yummy!  I'll have to try this when I'm further on in my food progression. I just started purees a few days ago.

what are the stats? I have not eaten banana's yet but would probably swap out to egg whites to reduce calories.
