FRESH TUNA NICOISE SALAD 6g Net Carbs+ per serving 3/4 cup Carb Options? Olive Oil Vinaigrette Dressing 1 Tbsp. Dijon-style mustard 1 clove garlic, finely chopped 4 tuna steaks (about 1 lb.) 8 ounces green beans, blanched 6 cups mesclun or mixed salad greens 2 hard-cooked eggs, sliced 1 small tomato, cut into wedges 1/3 cup pitted, halved Nicoise olives In small bowl, combine Carb Options?
