Lap Band Port removed and replaced with mesh as well to stabilize.

Just wondering if anyone has had this procedure done? And let me know how you did please. I had this procedure yesterday.

I had a port replacement.  Not sure what they used.  I do know that as I was going through the process of Band removal - X-rays revealed clips.  These looked like real paper clips the butterfly shaped ones.  I was shocked.

All best to you.  I am sure you will be fine.  our bodies are never the same once they are messed with though.  Though I haven't had a band in years I can still feel a difference in texture there - almost like there is a phantom port .
