It is normal to gain weight before 1 more post op?

I am a revision and as of today December 16th, 2014 I've lost 16.6 pounds (but on 12/9/14 I was on 19 less) so I gained almost 3 lbs in a week.  I am eating my 60 grams of protein, I am eating my 2-4 oz. of grilled chicken or salmon, 1-2oz of vegetables, I’m not eating sugar, fruits, flour, anything that I am not supposed to, so now I am concern that I am gaining weight, is this normal? Please help because I am so disappointed and asking myself if I did the right thing this time.

11/18/14  Surgery Day       324 lbs

12/4/14    14 days post op  310.6 lbs

12/9/14    22 days post op  305.6 lbs

12/16/14  29 days post op  308.0 lbs

It's probably water weight do to monthly hormonal changes.

Just keep following your program and make sure you're getting in enough fluids.

I was reading your post and I have gained 3 lbs.  I'm only3 1/2 weeks out. I just started to eat fish and eggs. So I guess it's because I'm eating food now.  I go out everyday to walk, so I hope it will come back off.  And my doctor just told me off my hbp meds which had a water pill in it.

I would lie to know did your's fin ally come back off?

I had lapband removed to sleeve.

I gained 3lbs and lost 2 in a 3 day period, then lost 14 lbs over the holidays, tomorrow it's my 2 month post op revision and as of today I've lost 34.2 lbs, I only weight myself once a week and on the same scale. I'm exercising   Now so I'm sure my weight is going to drop considerable. I was 324 on surgery day, realistically I'd like to be under 200
