Lap band

Well I am 4 days closer to getting this band out. I have to wait 6 weeks after to have the bypass. Question how long did you have to take off just for the band removal 

I am getting my band out today and my Dr is making me wait at least  3 months before he will revise to the sleeve.  Good luck

Depends on the job if it is office work and not strenuous a few days would do it. If you are firefighter could be weeks. It is a pretty easy procedure getting it out.

I went back to work the next day but wouldn't recommend that I was very sore.  I say wait at least a few days.

I will be off 3 before returning to work
