Weight Gain/Pouch feels different

I am five years out of RNY surgery & have gained 60 pounds back in the last 6-8 months.  My pouch does not feel like it is working.  My surgeon did a scope & says everything is fine.  I am in Alberta, Canada.  Any suggestions on another surgeon/Dr. I can see about revision or alternate surgery?  I really don't want to do band.  But I also know I don't want to continue gaining weight.  I know my eating habits are slacking but I also know my pouch is not working as it did.  For instance I used to eat five bites of steak & almost vomit now I can eat almost a whole steak!!  How can my pouch be fine?  Thanks in advance :)
