Muscle contraction at port site after lap band removal

i am experiencing intense pain at port site after removal. Anyone else feel like muscle contractions are in voluntarily occurring after you had your lap band and port removed

Hi, I had rny in 2011 and for many months, my biggest incision had this phenomenon. It was irritating, but I think it's just part of the muscle wall healing. Did you have a surgery to replace the band? Just curious. Good luck!

Since they removed the drain the pain is gone. I didn't replace band with another surgery. Diet and exercise is really all that works for me.
