VSG Augast 2013 to RNY 10-9-17 for some regain and reflux. Surgery and recovery so far been great - less pain than first time or maybe i knew what to expect and how to move. Tolerating and meeting fluid goals right away. One protein drink per day is my plan for first week and that is going well. Had alot of swelling post op so did not get on scale until this morning. Was disappointed to see only 2 lbs down from surgery morning but really think it is still surgery fluid. Trying NOT to obsess over wt!! Best part - none, zero, nata on reflux since surgery!!!
