Removal of lapband to RNY

Hi! Dr. Rumbaut put my lapband on.  However, the lapband has not done well with me. I am having so much trouble eating anything healthy. Plus I have terrible sinuses and allergies - I am constantly nauseated and throwing up.
 I want to talk to some people that had Dr. R remove their bands. I have a few questions. If you (or anyone you know) had this done by Dr. R, please email me!

I HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM I THOUGHT IT WAS JUST ME. I CAN'T EAT NOTHING HEALTHY AND I HAVE ONLY LOST 20LBS WITH THE BAND AND REGAIN ALL BACK. I FOUND A GOOD DR. THAT IS GOING TO REMOVE THE BAND AND DO THE RNY. I WISH YOU GOOD LUCK AND IF YOU DO IT BEFORE ME JUST LET ME KNOW WHO IT WENT.

I have scar tissue choking off the tubing to my band. I did very well and lost 135 in the first 14 months. I have gained alot back, going through a pregnancy with no fill. Now I can't even get a fill in, so I am getting a revision to a duodenal switch on the 17th of November. Good luck!
