I don't know about anyone else but being 3 weeks post gastric bypass has its challenges in my particular work place.. I am a Rn in an extremly busy ED, finding time to drink and pee is a problem, and of course all the goodies everyone brings in, I don't know why Cops have a reputation for eating donuts, you should see the amount of donuts consumed in my ED...

Agreed, I work full time nights in L&D.... our patients bring us so many treats it's crazy!!! We have candy, cake, cupcakes, etc every single night I work... and then there is the food WE bring in... luckily, our unit seems to be on a health kick right now, so most of us are limiting our consumption of garbage!

Tell me abou it! I'm having enough trouble getting my water in anyways, let alone at work. I've been taking a graduated cylinder and keeping track of my water that way. I fill it up when I get there and then I keep track throughout the day and try to finish my 64 oz before I go home. Good luck!
