My Surgen has all his patients take 2 Flintstone chewables.. I complained about the taste and was told I could take 2 Centrum instead. I haven't purchased any yet, and don't know if the chewables are any better tasting- might just get the pills and call it good.

There is a difference between Flinstones and Flinstones Complete and my Doc and Nut say Complete 2 a day is just fine.

ok, so can anyone tell me if it is ok to have anything other than chewables? i would much rather swallow a pill than chew any of these lol... I just got the chewables because i needed them now & didnt want to get a whole bottle & them be worthless if they may not absorb - for example i need to crush up my calcium citrate in a pill crusher and put it in orange juice because as gross as it sounds it comes back out the way it goes in if I dont.. anyone know if that applies to the multivitamins as well? thanks so much
