how long ins.approval withanthem blue cross blue shield?

UUUUGGGHHHHH   i called my insurance and said claim was denied!  my stomach dropped.. so i called the finacial advisor at my bariatric center and she nooo problem,, they just needed more info from primary dr... submitted letter from him,, that they only asked for the weight history from dr.. so he is writing letter recomendation.. should hear something soon after that she said.  oh dear lord,let this be...   

I dont have anthem but that is the same thing that happened to me. All I need was to get a letter of recommendation from my primary it only took them a few hours after they got it to approve it. Good Luck!!
