Today it's Official...

I am half the Woman I used to be!!!

I have lost half my body weight in 13 1/2 months.  I have lost 190 lbs. and I weigh 190 lbs.

Last August my BMI was 65.2.  Today my BMI is 32.6, I am still considered obese but it's still better than being Super Morbidly Obese!!!

Congrats to you.  It so inspiring to see your weigh loss.  I am still a pre-op starting around the same weight as you.  I sometimes wonder if it will happen to me.  Congrats.
