I have post this in the past but I'm still constantly burping. 6 months post op. Any others out there with this situation and will it ever go away?

Well, my hsband has this problem then he usually follows with a toot or 2.  'course he hasn't had surgery......  (sorry- I had to)

My only suggestion is it eat slowly and make sure you aren't swallowing air with lg bites.  Is it certain foods or everything?

Are you drinking with eating?

If you're using a straw, or drinking through one of those lids with the small opening for sipping, or even chewing gum, you might want to try leaving those off.

 I am 2 months out and I do burp alot.  Mainly after taking a swig (that I knew was to big) of water or swallowing pills.  I notice my stomach making awfully loud noises more than the burping though. 

i am little over 7 months post op and have noticed if i eat too fast i burb and get full too quick. i still have to tell myself to chew slower. it does not happen all the time.

I have the same problem...its not so much alot of burping, all though I do burp. The main problem is my stomach gurgling all the time, no matter what I eat or drink. Driving me crazy!

I think this post and your other go hand in hand.  I call it a full-o-meter but someone on your other link gave you the proper term.  Maybe that is where the burping is coming from.  I burp if I am starting get full....not every lady like I must admit :)
