 MS RNY (02/23/12) Member Since: 04/07/08[Latest Posts] | Post Date: 2/8/12 5:24 am Have you ever noticed that not one scale you get on at any place ever agrees with the last scale you weighed on... One doctors office has me at 305, another one at 289, yet another one at 318, and then again yesterday at another one at 297.. what is the deal this does not help the fact that I must lose 15 pounds by my consent day!!!! I have no clue what I am actually weighing in at right now!!!! and I so hate the 300 pound mark.. I have been stuck at it for so long!! it is like my evil ememy that attacks in the dark...going from 465 down to 300 seems now like it was easy but this stupid 300 wall is killing me!!!! |

My guess is that you use the weight on whatever scale the doctor uses on consult day! Wear the same clothes and try to make your appt at the same time so there's not too much fluctuation.
