Post Date: 2/8/12 8:52 am I'm 7 weeks out and so frustrated with the scale, I finally got down two and today when I weighed I was up 2, I know it's water retention likely but it just bugs me because I started working out this week, I'm consistent with min 60 g protein and keeping my carbs under 30, most times under 25 and still my weight is so sluggish coming off. I am not expecting 15 pounds a week but a pound a week sometimes would be awesome.
I don't know if I am going to be one of those that loses only one week a month of 10 or 12 pounds and then nothing for the rest of the month, but I'm just sort of blue...trying to keep my spirits up but it's difficult, because I'm following my program, I'm moving and yet..nadda or not much..
So all we can do is just keep on keeping on. I didn't expect miracles but I did expect better results than 'dieting' gave me.
