You can always buy some cheeks either through plastic surgery or special undies

yep I lost mine !!! 10 months post op and goneeeee

 Mine was waaaay oversized and am so happy that it's now in porportion to the rest of me!  Although I can say I have been surprised and  uncomfortable a time or two when I sat down due to the lack of padding I've been accustomed to!
